Pet-Friendly Guidelines
To ensure the comfort and rights of all guests at Hanns Summer, please observe the following guidelines:

• Pets are not allowed to touch the ground in public areas; please use a pet carrier or stroller at all times.
• For hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted on the bed. Pet towels are provided by the hotel for your convenience.
• For bathroom needs, please use the pee pad or litter box provided in the room, or take your pet outside. Pets must not relieve themselves in public areas. Please contact our staff if cleaning is needed.
• If your pet needs a bath, please use the Pet Self-Wash Area on the 3rd floor. It is equipped with washing stations, pet shampoo, and blow dryers. Please use with care.
• In case of damage to hotel furniture or facilities, additional compensation may be charged.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to guests who do not comply with these regulations.
